Application period
Two intake seasons – September and February. In the case of certain Dutch universities, enrolments take place throughout the year.
Admission requirements
Bachelor’s/ undergraduate studies:
- Have successfully completed their upper secondary (high school) with GPA of 3 or higher.
- The student must have successfully completed courses in relative subjects.
- IELTS- Academic Test with a minimum score of 6, Pearson PTE Academic test with Score of 62 (writing 61).
- Students can apply to the foundation program with IELTS 5.
Master’s studies:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of at least 4 years’ duration.
- IELTS – Academic test minimum of 6.5 points OR PTE Academic score of 62. Few programs accept Medium of study – English also.
- Some University programs even allow admitting students to Pre-Master’s program with IELTS 5.5.

Cost of studying in the Netherlands
The average tuition fee for bachelor’s programs is between € 6,000 and € 12,000 per year and for a master’s program between € 8,000 and € 15,000 per year.
Visa requirements in the Netherlands
Sponsorship: Student has to show that they have sufficient amount of fund for his/her living expenses. The living expense per month is 900 euro (subjected to change any time).

Employment/Work opportunities in Netherlands

Part-time Job opportunity:
You are allowed to work up to a maximum of 16 hours per week throughout the year and full-time in the summer months (June to August).
